Dreamwell Collective began with a simple observation: too often, software is treated as a product to purchase rather than a relationship to cultivate. We believe technology should evolve alongside the organizations it supports. We’re a team of experts with over 20 years of experience building tools for mission-driven organizations. We work in long arcs with a small number of partners, and we try to leave every team we work with more capable than we found them.

Our founder, trained as a conflict mediator, encourages the practice of active listening and naming what’s unsaid to really understand what’s needed.
