A software studio for mission-driven work

Technology for people who care.

We design and build systems, websites, apps, AI tools, and workflows for the people in mutual aid, mental health, education, care, housing, and anyone making things better. Technology that breaks barriers and brings you closer to the communities you serve.

  • Three women of different ages gathered around a wooden table, sharing a tablet.
  • Four people collaborating around a table covered in sticky notes during a planning workshop.
  • Two people smiling as they help an older woman use her smartphone at a table.
  • Two women in a bright living room, one sharing something on a laptop during a relaxed conversation.

Most agencies treat technology as a deliverable. We treat it as a relationship. Before we start a project, we sit with the people doing the work, and figure out what would help them with the work that matters.

Built for the people who build for people.

We do our best work alongside mission-driven organizations whose work centers on humans, helping them improve the way they serve people.

Advocacy & Social Impact

Nonprofits, movements, and policy work.

Community Support

Networks, co-ops, and place-based programs.

Mental Health

Counselors, behavioral programs, community care.

Education & Learning

Schools, programs, and lifelong learners.

Care & Healing

Clinics, therapists, and integrative wellness practices.

You’d recognize yourself in any of this.

  • 01

You care about the people behind the work, your staff and the people you serve, as much as the outcome.

  • 02

You want technology that feels supportive and human, not cold or overly complex.

  • 03

You’d rather confidently own your tools than feel dependent on the people who built them.

  • 04

You’re looking for a thoughtful partner who listens first, not a transactional agency.

  • 05

You want systems that grow sustainably with you over time, built to last rather than to lock you in.

Theravise A mobile companion for speech therapists

The Challenge

State-specific licensing rules turn clinical and supervision hour tracking into a stressful, error-prone monthly task that most therapists handle in spreadsheets they dread opening.

The Approach

We designed Theravise to feel like a co-worker. Hours log in seconds. The app remembers state rules so therapists don’t have to. Friction was the enemy of every decision.

The Result

In everyday use, that means less time lost to administrative worry, and more attention left for the people therapists are there to help.

We start every project the same way. With a real conversation.

No pitch decks, no pressure. Tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right people to help.
