How we can help.
Every engagement begins with understanding what the organization truly needs. From there, we can help clarify the path forward, lead the work, build the right solution, or provide ongoing support. And when teams need help finding alignment, we can facilitate the conversation or provide mediation.

Technology Ecosystem Check-up
One focused day. The fastest way to see your situation clearly.
A working session with you and the people closest to the problem, followed by a short written brief: your top three problems, your first three moves, and what we’d do next in your place.
A good fit when
- You want an expert read on one pressing concern, fast.
- Something feels expensive or fragile, and you can’t name it yet.
- You’re deciding whether a bigger engagement is worth it.
What you get: a plain-language brief you can act on the same week, with or without us. Fixed price, agreed before we start.

Technology Ecosystem Diagnostic
Two weeks to a complete picture of your technology, workflows, and risks.
We interview your staff, examine your tools, systems, and vendors, and map how the work actually flows. Then we put it in writing: what your technology is really costing you, and what to change first.
What you get
- The three most expensive operational problems, named.
- Security, privacy, and continuity risks.
- Automation opportunities, including where AI genuinely helps and where it doesn’t.
- Recommended software, vendor, and process changes.
- A prioritized 30/60/90-day roadmap.
A good fit when
- You know something’s wrong but not what to fix first.
- Growth or a new grant is straining improvised processes.
- Leadership needs to decide, and the options aren’t clear.
What you get: the full written diagnostic and a working session to walk it through. Fixed price, agreed before we start.

Software Assessment
A second opinion on software you already have.
Maybe a contractor built it, maybe the developer moved on, maybe you vibe-coded it yourself with AI tools and now real people depend on it. We read the code and tell you, in plain language, whether the foundations will hold: architecture, security, scalability, and what to fix first.
A good fit when
- You’re about to invest in growing something you’re not sure is solid.
- One person built it, and that person is gone.
- A funder or a board wants to know the technology is sound.
What you get: a written, plain-language assessment with a prioritized fix list, useful whether or not you ever hire us again. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Fractional Technology Director
Senior technology judgment, a few days a month.
For organizations where nobody owns technology, or the person who does is drowning. We review decisions before you commit, coordinate vendors, watch risks, keep systems documented, and make sure what should improve actually does.
What we take on
- Technology decisions reviewed before you commit.
- Vendors coordinated so you don’t referee them.
- Systems documented and staff trained as tools change.
- Security, continuity, and budget risks watched.
- Small implementations overseen end to end.
- Judgment on what should, and shouldn’t, be automated.
Product strategy and business analysis inside this engagement
- Stakeholder discovery and workflow analysis.
- Requirements, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
- Product ownership when a product is in play.
- Translation between leadership and technical teams.
What you get: a named owner for technology, a steady cadence, and decisions that stop being postponed. A monthly retainer sized to the capacity you need.

Project & Delivery Leadership
Senior leadership for one important initiative, from scope through delivery.
Even when another vendor builds. We scope and plan the work, coordinate staff and vendors, manage risks and decisions, protect the project from scope drift, and keep leadership informed in plain language. We take responsibility for leading the project through delivery.
What we take on
- Scope, plan, and success criteria defined up front.
- Team and vendor coordination, dependencies, and decisions.
- Scope drift caught early and handled honestly.
- Progress reported so leadership always knows where things stand.
- The delivered result checked against the actual need.

- Stakeholder discovery and workflow analysis.
- Requirements, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
- Product ownership when a product is in play.
- Translation between leadership and technical teams.
What you get: an initiative that moves, and one accountable partner to call. Billed monthly while the project runs; capacity and fee defined in the engagement letter.

Automation & Software Delivery
Automation, integrations, modernization, and custom software, built by our team.
When the answer is building, our own engineers build it. Focused sprints of two to four weeks solve one expensive problem end to end; full builds are scoped in phases, from first release through long-term support. This is the work behind Theravise, the licensing-hour tracker we built with SC Therapy Solutions.
The kind of problem
- Eliminating duplicate data entry between systems.
- Replacing a spreadsheet everyone dreads.
- Automating client onboarding or intake.
- Connecting tools that don’t talk to each other.
- An AI-assisted internal knowledge base, with a use policy your board can read.
- Rescuing a neglected website, app, or portal.
- A custom tool your mission needs and the market doesn’t sell.
What you get: a working solution delivered, documented, and handed to your team, with training and no unnecessary dependence on us. Every sprint and build gets a fixed price before work begins.

Team Alignment & Conflict Mediation
For the problems software can’t fix.
Our founder is a trained conflict mediator. Sometimes that’s the whole job: two teams that stopped talking, a decision stuck for a quarter, a vendor relationship gone sour. We facilitate the hard conversations, on their own or inside any engagement. What we offer is voluntary, confidential organizational mediation, not an HR investigation, legal representation, or therapy.
A good fit when
- Every technical fix keeps turning into a people problem.
- A big decision is stalled because the room can’t agree.
- Two departments share one process, and neither one owns it.
What you get: a structured, confidential process, space to name the issues clearly, and written agreements when participants reach them. Offered by the day or inside an engagement.
Ask about mediation →Also in scope
Application rescue, AI use policies, release and QA process improvement, disaster recovery and continuity planning, systems documentation, and staff training. If it’s technology and it’s in the way, ask.
Not sure which?
Start with the conversation, not the service.
Tell us what’s going on, and we’ll point you toward the smallest thing that would actually help. Sometimes that’s an engagement. Sometimes it’s a one-day check-up. Sometimes it’s advice, free of charge.
